Shipping costs

For each order and delivery address, we charge a shipping fee of 5.90 euros for deliveries within Germany. From an order value per delivery address of 50 euros, the shipping charge per delivery address is completely waived. For deliveries to Austria we charge 12 Euro and deliver free of shipping costs from 200 Euro order value.

Products of the brand ELOBRA, nordic flame and COSY AND DOZY are free of shipping costs from 100 Euro order value. Deliveries to all other EU countries include a shipping fee of 15.90 Euro, and are free of shipping costs from an order value of 200 Euro. If we deliver your order in several parts for technical reasons, we will of course charge the shipping costs only once. For some islands and regions within Germany subject to surcharges, additional fees may apply.

International shipping

We ship within the European Union at the respective indicated shipping costs. Depending on the value of goods and the brand we ship free of charge.

Delivery

Delivery is made - unless otherwise described on the article - by parcel service.

Shipment tracking

As soon as we have handed over your package to the shipping service provider, you will receive an email with the tracking number and can follow the package progress.

Please note that once the package is received, the shipping service provider is responsible for keeping the schedule. We therefore no longer have any influence on the exact delivery date and time of your package. If you are not available at the first delivery attempt, you will be informed by the shipping service provider about another delivery attempt or a pick-up station.

Payment

Your order will be shipped only after confirmation of your payment method by our payment service provider. When paying in advance, only after settlement of the invoice.

Prepayment

If you choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card

In the order process you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you submit your order.

PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. Sofort by klarna

In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the order process.

Google Pay

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the order process.

Apple Pay
