Our stylish SPOOL wall light was once part of a welding machine and is a true upcycled product. The welding rod was originally wound around the spool. When the welding rod is used up, the spool is usually disposed of. Tolhuijs gives the spool a second life and transforms this waste product into a sustainable design lamp.

Tolhuij's design is in line with our mission statement and ensures that materials and the products created from them are durable. In other words, the Dutch company recycles things that others throw away and gives them a new purpose. Welding spools, for example, are given a second life as design lamps.
